Ryan Schupp works with the Weller Development and Management teams on property management related initiatives and advisory for Port Covington and providing overall support to the Weller Management team on day-to-day property operations.

Mr. Schupp brings over 8 years of experience in property management and project management to Weller and has previously worked as the General Manager for Jones Lang Lasalle, managing a 590,000sf Class A office portfolio in the Washington, DC metro area, including 2U’s global headquarters and a regional headquarters for Kaiser Permanente. His prior work experience includes being a Relationship Manager at M&T Bank, an Account Manager at Landcare, and an Area Manager at Ruppert Landscape.

Mr. Schupp is currently a Membership Committee Chair at CREW Baltimore and is a member of BOMA Baltimore, ULI Baltimore, CREW Baltimore and AOBA Metropolitan Washington.

Mr. Schupp received a B.T. in Landscape Contracting from SUNY College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill.
