Mr. Erin M. May, CPM®

President

Erin May is, and has been, a strategic partner for the Port Covington project since its 2012 inception, overseeing all aspects of the physical facilities, grounds, security, city maintenance MOU’s as well as the human experience. Through his oversight, and with his unparalleled attention to detail, Mr. May keeps ownership’s vision, budget, and reputation at the forefront. Additionally, he is also responsible for leading a team of property management professionals that manage a diverse 250+ acre real-estate portfolio encompassing commercial, industrial, office, residential and retail properties, as well as marinas, parks, bike paths, and vacant buildings. He has over 30 years of real estate development experience with expertise in land development, brokerage, redesign, and maintenance.

In support of the advancement of Baltimore City, Mr. May serves on Baltimore’s Clean City Committee; Greater Baltimore Committee’s Public Safety Committee and Cherry Hill Public Safety Committee. Mr. May also serves on the Arcules National Security Technology Advisory Board.

Before joining Weller Management, Mr. May served as Director of Property Management for Sagamore Development Company. There, Mr. May worked with a vast array of tenants, secured, maintained and improved sites under acquisition and re-development, and worked with neighboring community groups to provide greater access to Port Covington.

Previously, Mr. May worked alongside Marc Weller as Director of Operations for Denning LLC. In 2017, Mr. May was installed as an Institute of Real Estate Management Chapter 16 as a CPM® (Certified Property Manager), the highest designation for Property Management.
